Death Guard Army Shot

I had to shuffle my painting area around to make space for more Death Guard models, so I figured it was time for a quick army shot. I'm looking forward to brining this army to a game. I haven't figured out what points or power level it is yet, so that is a bit of a problem. Once my pre-ordered DG stuff comes in, there will be more pox walkers and plague marines. That should round it out nicely.

  3. Nice job mate. ¿How did you manage to paint that palid greenish sick color?

  4. That is a great looking force, man! I dig the slightly desaturated scheme, it really works well!

    1. Vallejo pale green blended to pastel green, and then ivory

    2. How did you get the orange skin tone? I am about to do my own Death Guard force and I found you posts here and I really really like your color choices.

    3. The tentacles and flesh on the marines is what I am referring to.

    4. I painted them with ak-interactive flesh tones. There is a nice little box that comes with all of the paints.

    5. Ok cool, I was hoping I could get a similar effect with GW or Vallejo paints. What would you suggest to try to get close to it?
